Michael Arizmendi
From Brownsville, TX, Michael Arizmendi is a 20-year-old trumpet player, rapper, bassist, singer, songwriter, and producer with a passion for pushing the envelope of music, combining all the “genres” he loves of music that then breaks down the division they can sometimes bring.
Sophia Bryter
Sophia Bryter (Paffenback) is a 20-year-old songwriter and musician based in Baltimore. At five she was accepted into an audition-based choir through Peabody Preparatory, which she would stick with for nine years. Now at the age of 19, she continues the classical piano lessons she started at age six and has also taken up an education in jazz. After joining her first audition-based band through music school and recording studio, Stages Music Arts, Bryter created a band under her own name with whom she would record an album of original music. The process of creating an album was life-changing for Bryter, not only due to the catharsis involved in the completion of a personal collection of music, but also due to the friendships made with the members of the band.

I’m LEIA: a singer, bassist, and songwriter from Barcelona. My music blends R&B, pop, and Latin influences, moving between Spanish and English naturally. Groove, storytelling, and authenticity are at the heart of everything I create.

Playing bass while singing is where I feel most at home, bringing a unique energy to my performances. My debut single, likes, is a critique of social media culture and the need for validation in the digital world. Whether on stage or in the studio, I’m always chasing the perfect balance between raw emotion and a deep, soulful sound.
